Our associates are the heart of Ethereal Care, and we take great pride in how we prepare and support them. every team member completes two weeks o hands-on training, along with structured classes focused on both cleaning techniques and client care. This ensures each associate understands not only how to clean thoroughly, but also how to movie through a client’s space with respect, care, and professionalism. Our gaol is to create an experience that feels calm, consistent, and genuinely supportive from start to finish.
In addition to training, all associates undergo background checks to ensure the highest level of trust and safety. We believe that providing exceptional service starts with accountability and integrity. By investing in our team and holding high standards, we are able to deliver reliable, detail-oriented care and create an environment where clients feel comfortable, confident, and well cared for every time we enter their space.
Meet the Founder
Ethereal Care was founded by Lilly, a passionate entrepreneur with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a deep appreciation for the impact a clean, well-cared-for home can have on everyday life. While in college, Lilly discovered not only a practical skill in cleaning homes, but a genuine passion for the sense of relief and calm it brought to others during busy and often stressful seasons.
Through this work, she developed a strong love for building meaningful relationships with clients and creating spaces that feel lighter, more peaceful, and supportive. Lilly believes that a clean home supports a clear mind-and that a clear mind leads to a happier, more balanced life. This belief is at the heart of Ethereal Care's mission. By leading with kindness, care, and intention, she hopes to bring positivity into each space she enters, one home and one client at a time.
