Policies & Helpful Information

At Ethereal Care, we believe clear expectations help create a calm and respectful experience for everyone. These policies are here to support thoughtful care, open communication, and a smooth process from start to finish.

Booking & Confirmation

Submitting a booking request does not confirm a service. Once we receive your request, we’ll review the details and follow up with a personalized quote and availability. A service is confirmed only after the details are agreed upon and a booking deposit is received.

Payment & Booking Deposit

To reserve your service date and time, a booking deposit is required. This deposit helps us hold space specifically for your visit and is applied toward your total service cost.

The remaining balance is due after services are completed, unless otherwise discussed in advance. Accepted payment methods will be shared during booking confirmation.

Booking deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or same-day changes may result in the loss of the booking deposit, as time has been reserved specifically for your service.

Access to Your Home

Please ensure we have clear access to your home at the scheduled time. If entry instructions change, let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. Delays caused by access issues may affect service time or availability.

Pets

We’re happy to work in homes with pets. For everyone’s safety and comfort, please let us know about pets ahead of time and ensure they are secured or comfortable during the visit.

Service Scope & Home Condition

Standard Cleaning is intended for homes that are already well-maintained. Homes requiring heavier buildup removal, extensive detailing, or specialty cleaning may be better suited for a Deep Cleaning, Move-In / Move-Out service, or a custom quote.

If the condition of the home differs significantly from what was shared in the booking request, we’ll discuss next steps before proceeding.

Add-On Services

Add-on services are preferred to be requested in advance and are subject to availability. However, we know life happens and we are happy to see if we can make any accommodations.These services are intended for light to moderate buildup and may require additional time or pricing adjustments depending on the condition of the space.

Supplies & Preferences

We bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise discussed. If you have sensitivities, preferences, or would like us to use specific products, please let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate when possible.

Quality & Feedback

Your experience matters to us. If something doesn’t feel quite right after your service, please reach out within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to address your concerns with care and attention.

Respect & Safety

We ask for a respectful and safe working environment. Ethereal Care reserves the right to decline or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or fall outside our service scope.
